Stainless Steel Corrugated Hose
Metal corrugated hose assembly generally consists of metal corrugated hose, mesh sleeve, joint and sleeve ring.
Metal corrugated hoses are generally divided into two categories by waveform, one is spiral wave form and the other is circular wave form.It They are using stainless steel longitudinal welded thin wall pipe after high precision plastic processing, with good softness. SUS304 or SUS316L, depending on user conditions or SUS316, SUS321 or other specified metal materials.
Metal corrugated hose under the internal fluid pressure, will produce axial elongation, the mesh sleeve can both prevent its axial elongation,It can also enhance its radial pressure resistance and prevent external damage.Generally use stainless steel silk woven mesh cover and stainless steel belt preparation mesh sleeve, materials generally use SUS304, can also use SUS316.
Metal corrugated hose through welded joints to the pipe. It is generally divided into four categories, and one category is the threaded connection shape Formula, the other two classes are flange connection form and end pipe connection form, the fourth class is fast joint connection form. The materials is SUS series stainless steel, carbon steel and rarely cast iron.
