During the installation of the metal hose, it is forbidden to punch/ heat / hammer the outer cylinder under pressure, and the deformation of the outer cylinder under pressure should be minimized to prevent the inner guide from being stuck. In order to ensure that the parallelism error of the pipeline is less at the place where the metal hose is installed, it is must to lay the pipe section before installing the metal hose, and then cut off the pipeline at the place where the metal hose is prepared in advance (the length should be equivalent to the appearance length of the metal hose), then install the metal hose and weld it by electric welding.
During the whole process of lifting and hoisting the metal hose, the hoisting tool is forbidden to be set on the outer cylinder under pressure, and it should be hoisted at the preset hoisting place. It is forbidden to adjust the error of the pipeline by means of the deformation of the metal hose. The system software hydraulic test shall not be carried out until the support frame, guide frame, sliding frame, etc. are installed according to the construction drawings for pipelines equipped with metal hoses.
The metal hose cannot carry out the system software hydraulic test before the pipeline is not back filled according to the design drawings. Before carrying out the section-by-section hydraulic test, it should be ensured that the support frames on both sides of the pipe section have sufficient compressive strength to ensure the metal hose properties of the pipe section and the metal hose. The pipeline hydraulic test uses clean water, and the chloride ion content of the water does not exceed 25PPm. There should not be substances that can cause corrosion of metal hoses in the surrounding environment and gas medium when metal hoses are stored and used.
